Sun's Up in N Cal - Hooray!
After one of the wettest Holiday Seasons on record here in Northern California, the sun has finally come back!
For those of you reading this in bleaker parts of the country (or world) you are probably rolling your eyes, but here in Chico, CA, we are used to 300+ sunny days a year, and we get to ride in great weather practically year round.
It;s funny as I spent 40 years of my life in England where the weather is totally unpredictable, is is predictably miserable whenever you want to ride! So you just go and do it.
Funny how quickly you change, but when you do have a bad or rainy day, you can normally just say "I'll go tomorrow".
At least it's warm, and no risk of frost and ice unless you get 5,00ft or more into the foothills.
Just remembered I reduced all my insurance coverage when I was away and not riding, so I'll call and restore full coverage before my trip in the morning.
