Chances are many riders in the USA are already tucked up inside sheltering from the winter weather. This can mean a couple of months in some states to a good six months in northern states and much of Canada.

There's an easy way to save money save money on your off-season motorcycle insurance without going to the hassle of cancelling your policy.

Simply call up your agent and have them move it to 'storage' category. If they do not have this you can just reduce remove the liability, collision, medical etc coverage leaving comprehensive in case your house catches fire!
